Areas management: South of Vietnam
In close working with the Sales Manager to work out the distribution strategies and coverage plan to maximize the sales potential of different areas in the regions.
To be responsible for making monthly planning to increase the distribution coverage, to set the route plans and call frequency, and to active outlets by the supplier, by category, and by key SKU.
Based on the monthly sales target set by the Trade Marketing team to set the achievable sales target to ensure that the sales team can reach the monthly target.
Based on the report formats initiated by the Trade Marketing team to gather timely and reliable information about distribution by the supplier, by SKU, OOS, inventory at store level/stockist, order strike rates to measure the sales team's performance as well as the information about the market, competitors' activities, consumer purchasing trends, etc that will help the leadership team to make right decisions.
To be responsible for recruiting and selecting the qualified sales team, providing sales training, directing, coaching, motivating, and evaluating the performance of the sales team on a monthly/quarterly basis to make sure that the productivity of the sales team is always improved.
To work with BDM to propose the size of the sales force, and sales structure, to describe job description for various positions of sales team, to set sales team KPIs, route plans, distribution coverage, etc.
To work closely with the Manager of Capacity Development to provide necessary training courses for the sales team to increase the productivity of the sales team. In addition, to develop a suitable program to develop potential sales team members to a higher level in the organization.
Net Sales (Primary Sales/Secondary Sales, Turnover, Volume)
Distribution (Numeric distribution, Weighted distribution)
Operation Profit (assigned area & distributors).

Yêu cầu
Education: Degree or professional qualification in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or a related discipline
Working Experience: Minimum ten years experience in a similar role and minimum of five years experience in a managerial capacity.
Business Understanding: FMCG industry. Pet Food is a priority.
Others (e.g., language skills, technical skills): Ms. Office.
English is an advantage.
