Networld Asia Group, is looking for a highly creative and experienced Art Director to join our growing team. In this role, you will take the lead in shaping the visual direction of campaigns, bringing bold ideas to life through strong concepts and impactful design. You will collaborate closely with creative, planning, and account teams to deliver breakthrough work across digital, social, video, and integrated media platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Get brief of clients and work closely with Planner and Account to figure out creative directions;
Create creative concepts, art concepts and ideation for all creative assets based on the creative direction and the key message;
Be a leading conceptual, visual communicator that can present well and tell stories in new and creative ways for internal teams and clients;
Be responsible for concept development and the translation and extension of concepts into effective visual designs for social media marketing campaigns and projects;
Ensure that the creative output adheres to brand standards and delivers business results;
Work on several projects at a time and will be involved in all phases of creative development, and also in new business projects;
Manage, supervise, coordinate, and train Design Team.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years of experience performing the same role in the agency;
Had experience and artistic mindset of various categories in the advertising industry: Banking, F&B, FMCG,...
Experience in making TVC, viral clips, animation ...
Always keep up-to-date with industry best practices, new technologies, and trends;
Proficient in using graphic design tools (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,...);
Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects;
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
