Customer service Internship: 3 Females
Support to get booking from shipping line, co-loader & send to customer.
Support in making export-import documents, bills of lading and related maritime documents.
Support team in monitoring goods, consulting customers and solve problems arising in the goods delivery.
Learning in working with foreign agents on vouchers, transportation information, prices.
Practicing Work with airlines, shipping lines and suppliers for prices and services.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth work and report.
Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job requirement
No experience required.
Works independently skill and good at team working.
Good command in English for both verbal and written.
