Assistant, AI Program Coordinator (Innovation Team)

We are seeking an energetic AI Program & Workforce Adoption Coordinator who can translate strategy into action, connect people across the firm, and make AI adoption practical, visible, and measurable. This role requires strong coordination, confident communication, solid storytelling skills, and a passion for meaningful technology. The person will help run the AI Workforce workstream, support the Champion Network, curate AI use cases, and drive change across service lines and functions.
Objective
Drive the daily execution of the AI Workforce workstream by translating AI strategy into clear materials, coordinated adoption activities, stakeholder engagement, champion network operations and high-quality reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Support strategic planning and leadership reporting for AI Innovation, including monthly updates, SteerCo materials, CEO Quarterly decks, speaker notes and action trackers.
• Operate the AI Workforce workstream to increase AI adoption across the firm, service lines and functions.
• Manage the AI Champion Network by coordinating activities, collecting feedback, tracking engagement and supporting champion-led sharing.
• Curate global, local, service line, flagship and Copilot use cases into practical assets such as use case cards, storyboards, short video outlines and workshop materials.
• Build and maintain an AI Workforce reference portal covering use cases, prompts, workshop packs, champion resources and FAQs.
• Organize thematic discussion sessions for champions on prompting, agents, data connection, RAG, Trusted AI and practical AI workflows.
• Coordinate monthly check-ins with Service Line Leads / Function Leads to capture concerns, questions, guidance and adoption blockers.
• Prepare concise status reports showing progress, risks, blockers, decisions needed and next actions.
• Support team administration including meeting booking, claims, compliance documents, folder management and event logistics.
• Strengthen internal communication by preparing announcements, team updates and stakeholder messages that build alignment and engagement.

• Leadership decks are clear, timely and decision-ready.
• AI Champion activities run with consistent cadence and strong participation.
• Use cases are captured, structured and converted into reusable adoption assets.
• Service line concerns and adoption blockers are visible and tracked.
