As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a key role in building and executing brand strategies across product development, integrated marketing, and commercial activities:
1. Brand Development
Collaborate in defining brand positioning for different product lines
Manage brand assets including logo, packaging, and visual identity guidelines
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (POSM, packaging, digital, trade shows)
2. Market Research & New Product Development (NPD)
Analyze market and consumer insights to support concept development
Coordinate product testing (A/B tests, focus groups)
Customize products for specific markets (recipes, language, pricing)
3. Integrated Marketing Campaigns
Plan and execute 360° campaigns (digital, POSM, PR, events)
Prepare creative briefs for agencies & monitor creative execution
Track campaign performance based on KPIs: reach, engagement, brand love, conversion
4. Trade & Sales Support
Work with Sales &
Trade Marketing on POSM, in-store displays, and trial programs
Coordinate brand presence in key events (e.g. Gulfood, Thaifex, SIAL)
Ensure branding is aligned on international e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart...)
