Key Responsibilities
• Logistical & Operational Execution: Coordinate day-to-day ground logistics within Vietnam, including passenger transfers, local tour guides, private coaches, and internal domestic transport arrangements.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Report directly to the Junior Destination Manager, providing regular operational updates and collaborating closely on field logistics.
• Vendor Relations & Procurement: Assist in maintaining, auditing, and managing relationships with local Vietnamese suppliers, hotels, activity providers, and port authorities to guarantee premium service delivery.
• Itinerary Quality Control: Conduct regular field checks on tour pathways, physical accessibility conditions, and safety protocols for all active shore excursions.
• Cross-Departmental Liaison: Act as a core link between ship managers, local destination guides, and the central reservations team to communicate real-time operational updates or scheduling adjustments.
• Administrative Compliance: Handle port clearings, entrance permits, and documentation management for smooth river transits and field operations.
Yêu cầu
• Experience Tier: 1-2 years of experience in travel operations, destination management, hospitality logistics, or field operations. This role is strictly designated as an entry-to-junior operational position.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism/Hospitality Management, Business Administration, International Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Technical & Operational Skills: Exceptional organizational capacities, multi-tasking abilities, and a proven track record of effective problem-solving under tight operational deadlines.
• Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English, paired with native or professional proficiency in Vietnamese, is mandatory to interface effectively with both international guests and local vendors.
