In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, drive employer branding initiatives, and manage a team to deliver excellent hiring experiences and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy
Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and workforce planning
Partner closely with HRBPs and
business leaders to understand hiring needs and organizational priorities
Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring effectiveness through data-driven insights
Recruitment Management
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for management-level positions, ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company's employer brand and culture
Build and maintain strong partnerships with recruitment agencies and external talent networks to attract top talent
Work closely with hiring managers to ensure efficient recruitment processes, timely hiring, and the best talent match for the business
Employer Branding
Strengthen CJ Foods Vietnam's employer brand to attract top talents
Coordinate engaging recruitment content across job boards, social media, and branding platforms
Lead campus recruitment, career fairs, and employer branding activities
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop TM team to foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and HR best practices
Stay updated on market trends and innovative recruitment approaches
Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports and support additional projects assigned by direct reporting
