Mô tả công việc

• Make plans (arrange work schedules, meeting schedules, business schedules,...) book air tickets and hotels for the Director on business trips;
• Draft contracts, documents and dispatches, prepare documents and collect necessary information as required by the Director;
• Direct and indirect interpretation and translation, storage of related document information;
• Read documents in English or Vietnamese or Chinese, summarize reports as requested by the Director;
• Prepare documents, monitor and remind schedules for directors;
• Receive documents from departments, classify and submit for signature;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.

Yêu cầu

• Age from 22-28, good looking appearance;
• Fluent in English or Chinese;
• Agile, hardworking, industrious, eager to learn and have a high sense of responsibility;
• Experienced in translation, interpretation, assistant, secretarial, and administrative work;
• Ability to cover tasks, handle situations flexibly, ability to work independently, proactively, effective time management skills;
• Proficient in communication skills with individuals and groups;
• Honest, able to keep information confidential.
