Arrange the everyday schedule and meetings for director
Meet the stakeholders with directors, write meeting minute and follow up with the tasks after the meeting
Support the director in building up the relationship with stakeholders
Deliver the job assigned by directors to company's department, follow up and report to the director
Support the director with other required tasks

Bachelor's degree in business administration, international business, import and export or related field
Have at least 6 months of experience
