Assistant Manager, Industrial Leasing (JAPANESE OR Korean Speaking)

Manage and direct daily leasing/ marketing activities following leasing strategies to
maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the company's assigned portfolio
• Manage all leasing functions: new lettings, renewals, rent review, surrenders, preterminations, negotiations, etc...
• Monitor trends for competition in the market, manage market intelligence as well as conduct
market research of competitors, market benchmark in order to formulate and implement
leasing strategies which are suitable to relevant properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agencies/ brokers/ consultants, etc...
• Manage/ monitor all weekly and monthly reports (rent rolls, leasing updates, commission
reports)
• Work on SAP (upload, key-in data, contracts, conditions, etc...)
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and profitability
• Complete all tasks/ assignments from direct manager, respective Asset Managers and senior management on time
• Work closely with Estate Management/ operations, Asset Management and Finance teams to ensure to achieve the most efficient result and compliance.
