Job Purpose
Join a leading multinational real estate investor and
developer as our Assistant Manager, Marketing. In this role, you'll help execute the marketing strategy for some of the region's most exciting residential, industrial, and commercial developments. This role blends digital execution, flagship launches, and experiential marketing to elevate brand presence and fuel commercial growth. It is a high-visibility opportunity to leverage your agency or in-house expertise within a fast-paced, global property platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Brand Strategy: Collaborate with brand consultants to build, refine, and enforce asset identities.
• Campaign Execution: Launch integrated online and offline campaigns aligned with sales and leasing targets.
• Agency Management: Direct creative, PR, digital, and event agencies to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
• Content Production: Supervise the creation of brochures, videos, 3D renderings, and OOH advertisements.
• Customer Insight: Conduct customer journey research to enhance the end-to-end brand experience.
• Financial Oversight: Build and track marketing budgets, ensuring strict cost control and ROI tracking.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Leasing, Project Development, and R&D teams to streamline project timelines.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and present marketing KPIs to senior management regularly.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in multi-market
brand marketing; a mix of agency and in-house experience is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in Real Estate marketing, specifically within the Residential or Industrial sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Digital Asset Management platforms. Adobe Illustrator skills are a plus.
• Communication: Exceptional English and Vietnamese writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities.
• Soft Skills: Collaborative mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and a data-driven approach to creativity.
