Responsibilities
Acquisition & Relationship Management
Grow a strong deposit base and customer footing by acquiring and expanding New-to-Bank High Net Worth Individuals in the Ho Chi Minh City community.
Deepen and broaden account relationships to generate revenue, focusing on deposits, wealth management, and foreign currency products.
Plan and host community-based events to build better customer relationships and drive new customer acquisition.
Advisory, Support & Compliance
Actively service customers by aligning personal financial solutions with their specific needs and objectives.
Support the Center Manager in promoting market presence and refer business loans to the relevant Business Centers where necessary.
Ensure strict compliance with sales policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to safeguard both the bank's and customers' assets.
Yêu cầu
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of working experience, with a minimum of 12 months in a related field.
Effective written and alternative communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build rapport with affluent clients.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while working independently or as part of a team.
