Project Planning Support: Assist the
Project Manager in maintaining project timelines, budget tracking, and resource allocation
Administrative & Vendor Coordination: Prepare contracts, manage meeting schedules, maintain customer databases, and handle the printing/distribution of event materials (badges, brochures, invitations)
Exhibitor Support: Provide proactive assistance to exhibitors regarding booth setup and general requirements before, during, and after the event
On-site Exhibition Management:
Oversee the registration desk and check-in process
Serve as a point of contact for guests and resolve on-site inquiries or issues promptly
Monitor assigned exhibition areas to ensure smooth operation
Research & Reporting: Conduct online research to support project development
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager
Education: University graduation (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
Language: Fluency in English (working level)
Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in exhibitions, events, or B2B sales
Skills: Strong negotiation and "closing" skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office
Soft Skills: Results-oriented thinking, problem-solving skills and the ability to work under high pressure
