Oversee daily restaurant operations across all hotel outlets.
Ensure high standards of beverage quality, service, hygiene, and safety.
Train, supervise, and support bartenders and service associates.
Monitor stock levels, control food costs, and coordinate purchasing.
Handle guest feedback and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and service flow.
Develop and update beverage menus, promotions, and food programs.

Ability to lead and manage the bar team effectively.
Skilled in inventory control, cost management, and POS systems.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
