Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily restaurant operations across all hotel outlets.
• Ensure high standards of beverage quality, service, hygiene, and safety.
• Train, supervise, and support
bartenders and service associates.
• Monitor stock levels, control food costs, and coordinate
purchasing.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and service flow.
• Develop and update beverage menus, promotions, and food programs.
Yêu cầu
Experience & Skills
• At least 1 years experience at same position in luxury hotels
• Have good English communication skills.
• Have strong knowledge of restaurant operations, foods, beverages.
• Ability to lead and manage the bar team effectively.
• Skilled in inventory control, cost management, and POS systems.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
