Team Leader/ Technical Leader

We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead/Technical Lead to lead a team of developers while contributing to the design and development of full-stack web applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical guidance, ensure code quality, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable software in an Agile environment.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality software delivery and continuous improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern backend technologies (e.g., Java/Spring Boot, .NET, [protected info], Python) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, [protected info]).
• Define technical architecture, evaluate solutions, and guide implementation decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams to clarify requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and promote software engineering best practices.
• Support task breakdown, sprint planning, and day-to-day technical problem-solving to keep the team on track.
• Identify opportunities to improve development processes, tools, and engineering practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and improvements using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and Docker.
• Support onboarding, coach junior developers, and encourage knowledge sharing across the team.

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical or team leadership role.
• Proficient in at least one major backend stack (e.g., Java/Spring Boot, .NET/C#, [protected info], Python, or Go) and RESTful API development.
• Solid front-end experience with a modern framework (e.g., React, Angular, or [protected info]).
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and software architecture patterns.
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB) and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and containerization tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus).
• Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT) to improve coding productivity, automate tasks, and support software development workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good English communication skills (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent).
