Assistant Media Manager

Main Purpose:
Media Assistant is to provide a day-to-day focal point for the account. He/she is expected to have day-to-day responsibility for assigned accounts and is expected to understand the brand's overall business and marketing objectives.
He/she is the steward of the integrated planning process and provides mid-level strategic recommendations to team.
He/she is expected to have a strong working knowledge of media and research. He/she is expected to be an active participant in the business; consistently engaging and contributing ideas and insights that benefit our corporate.
Responsibilities:
Support media manager in daily task related to both traditional media & digital
Coordinates with external agency to identify, discuss and collaborate on new opportunities, innovations, and solutions.
Ensure Media recommendations are developed and executed in line with strategy, are fully justified via clear rationale, and adhere to agreed planning principles and beliefs.
Monitors the performance of each campaign and aligns appropriate resources to ensure delivery of the goals.
Understand the media landscape with the strengths and weaknesses of all media and stay abreast of new media formats in the market.
Engages and collaborates with other teammates and colleagues to resolve critical complex issues.
