Mô tả công việc
Business Intelligence
• Execute the short and long term e-Commerce strategy and roadmap which is designed by Senior Online Manager
• Identify market opportunities to grow online revenue generating channels
• Analyze online marketing budget and online advertising spend by channel and Brand to maximize ROI
• Provide e-Commerce education and advice to Brands
• Partner with Marketing leads to support omnichannel calendars by maximizing the brand marketing calendar through leveraging eCommerce occasions
• Working with Corporate Marketing, conduct competitive and market analysis from UX, merchandising, offers, to site features, etc.
• Support to conduct competitive and market analysis.
• Review eCommerce site performance and recommend optimization plan.
Operational Effectiveness
Keep track and supervise Online Executive to work on daily/ weekly SiS activities:
• Banners content/images QA.
• Online Brand shop QA (including all the banners changes and new product upload).
• SIS update guideline to Lazada/beautiful me for SIS change.
• Communicate with Affiliate Brands and functions to execute Online activities.
• New product content creation with eCommerce partner.
• Product information review and update to eCommerce partner.
• Collect assets, images, contents from Brand when needed.
• Maintain and improve SiS operation excellent (Seller Rating, Product rating, Followers, Return rate, Content score).
• Content generation, at least 2-3 feeds for Brands SiS/ week.
• Maintain customers loyalty by sending CEMs (new arrivals, campaigns, focus SKUs, beauty tips, beauty trend...) at least 1/week.
Keep track and warehouse management:
• Charge out product (New product/Replenishment/GWP)
• Working closely with Indirect Procurement for collaterals, GWP, TOA production
• Collect, prepare GWPs/TOAs for PR purpose.
• Keep track, manage process and documents needed for internal and external stock transfer.
Tracking & Reporting
• Understand and translate reporting into business requirements
• Proactively analyze and explain site metrics trends and recommend analytics-driven changes to Brand cluster
• Other Ad Hoc reports
Campaign & Project Management
• Work in partnership with Brand teams to develop each 3PP brand launch, merchandising, programming and promotional strategy / activities, as aligned to the product strategy and marketing calendar to drive business growth.
• Aligned to Brand objectives, partner with 3PP and Brand teams to co-create marketing initiatives to achieve sales targets on 3PP sites.
• Drive online marketing strategy to maximize online sales across 3PP sites, working in partnership with 3PP partners and Brand teams to increase brand awareness online.
• Meet with 3PP partners on a regular basis to review strategies, opportunities and issues, in conjunction with the Brand team.
• Work in conjunction with the Brand GMs and Online Director to implement new projects and new initiatives, including new programs / content to growth 3PP businesses and drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor and collects all exposures on Lazada channel and ELC owned channels
• Manage and execute different types of digital programs/campaigns
• Identify good practices, resolves issues and roadblocks
• Work closely with eCommerce partners to support actual & post campaign execution.
People management
• Assist Senior Online Manager to promote team spirit and drive transformational change for the Affiliate organization.
• Promptly coaching to Online Executive to execute daily operational tasks
• Actively collaborate with the Marketing Leads to driver overall Brand Affiliate performance

Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 2 years' experience in e-Commerce or Online Marketing gained from a consumer-focused Brand, e-Commerce provider or digital agency practice
• Experience with luxury or prestige industry related brands is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce environment, in particular 3PP environment and consumers
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing and negotiation skills; Solution-oriented, passionate and proactive attitude
• Understanding of web technologies involved in e-commerce and online marketing
• Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders at different levels of seniority; skilled at influencing opinion to accomplish business goals and objectives while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships
• Embraces change and adapts to new Company initiatives/directions with flexibility; switches between a retailer-specific view of the business and a more generic analysis of the business as a whole
• Decisive, can make sound decisions in the face of pressure; Outgoing, proactive, fast-learning, independent and innovative
• Passion for Online marketing, love online shopping and with high interest in exploring digital knowledge. Eager to learn.
• Able to lead and work with people at all levels across the business and influence opinion to accomplish business goals and objectives without damaging relationships
• Detail orientated with strong sense of work prioritization - Flexible and able to deal with ambiguity
• Good commands of Excel & have related experience with SAP & Adobe Photoshop is a plus
