1. Timeline & Delay Management (core of the role)
Track individual task progress across the team on a daily basis.
Identify slippage early, follow up directly with the person responsible, and escalate when the delay threatens the delivery date.
Own the production calendar: dependencies, handoffs, and buffer.
Report status upward with an accurate picture, including bad news.
2. Team Performance & Coordination
Facilitate weekly team meetings: share updates, surface roadblocks, align on the week ahead.
Keep a clear record of who owns what and by when.
Flag consistent underperformance or capacity problems to management with evidence, not impressions.
3. Quality Control
Review and audit final video outputs before upload for compliance with YouTube Community Guidelines and other platform policies.
Operate and monitor the performance of company YouTube channels (full training provided).
4. Documentation & HR Support
Audit completed tasks submitted by team members and cross-check them against invoices, giving HR accurate data for payroll.
Maintain project documentation systematically in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
5. Communication Standard & Reliability
Meet NIA's communication standard: clear, specific, and professional in every message, internal or external. State the deadline, name the owner, and confirm the outcome. No ambiguity about who is doing what by when.
Never let a question go unanswered or a thread go silent. If you are blocked, say so and say by whom.
If you commit to a date, you either hit it or you renegotiate it early. You do not go quiet and hope.
Be the person the team can count on. When you say something is handled, the team should be able to stop thinking about it.

Must-Have:
Organizational capability: You can hold a multi-person, multi-deadline pipeline in a system (not in your head) and keep it current.
Follow-through under pressure: You are comfortable chasing people, repeatedly, without being told to. You do not let a task go quiet.
Communication: Clear, direct, and diplomatic in writing and on calls. Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Problem-solving mindset: When something breaks, your instinct is to propose a fix, not to report the breakage and wait.
Tools: Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets in particular).
Location & availability: Based in Vietnam and able to work onsite in Da Nang for the required periods.
Nice-to-Have:
Prior experience in a producer, project coordinator, or production management role.
Exposure to YouTube, media, video production, or agency environments.
Passion for cinema, comic books, or animation (2D/3D).

Your handoff notes are clear enough that another editor understands the reasoning behind every major decision and can hold the retention performance without extra guidance.
You coordinate well with the team and continue to be proactive in surfacing issues that affect the channel's success.
Quyền lợi
Salary: 12,000,000 to 18,000,000 VND/month gross (or higher, commensurate with capability).Training program (for remote candidates):
Months 1 to 3: Fully remote intensive training program.
Month 4: Onsite at the Da Nang office for direct coaching, integration, and team collaboration.
After training: Return to a flexible remote model. The company fully sponsors travel and accommodation for periodic onsite periods to align on projects and join team-building activities.
Total onsite time accumulates to approximately 3 months per year.
Relocation support: For outstanding candidates relocating from other provinces to Da Nang or Hanoi, we offer up to 8,000,000 VND/month toward moving and housing costs for the first 3 months.
