Mô tả công việc

- Oversee daily production operations across various stages.
- Plan and schedule production activities to meet production targets and delivery timelines.
- Ensure that production processes are performed in compliance with safety standards and quality control protocols.
- Manage, train, and motivate production staff to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze production performance, identifying areas for improvement in terms of workflow, quality, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, design, sales) to ensure the production aligns with business objectives.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Manage the maintenance and repair of production equipment.
- Ensure inventory of raw materials and parts is maintained to avoid delays in production.
- Generate production reports and provide updates to senior management on progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Manage production budget and ensure optimal use of resources.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in line with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Other task assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in Operations Management or Lean Manufacturing are a plus.
- Chinese communication is the must.
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes for company products.
- Familiarity with quality control, safety standards, and compliance regulations in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.
- Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation in a production environment.
- Proficiency with production management software and tools (ERP/MRP systems, Lean, 5S, PDCA).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in lighting, furniture, or related industries.
- Proven experience in managing and leading production teams.
- Experience with export-oriented production processes, particularly for European markets, is a strong advantage.
- Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing production challenges.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Technical skills related to the operation and maintenance of production equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and production management software.
