Mô tả công việc
Monitor and evaluate building operations and service quality, including services provided by contractors.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer and resident issues.
Supervise the customer service team.
Inspect building conditions, assets, common areas, and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare announcements, official correspondence, customer responses, and periodic/ad-hoc reports.
Plan and organize building events and decoration activities.
Manage service contracts with contractors (quotations, scope adjustments, approvals, signing, and acceptance).
Perform other tasks as assigned by Managers.
Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri).
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree.
At least 01 years working in property management, customer service, or operations.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic skills in MS Office.
Basic English communication skills.
