Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for an HSE Assistant Manager (Food, $1200, ID9117):
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Lead workplace safety initiatives and continuously improve safety performance.
Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and job safety analyses.
Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations, company policies, and international standards.
Organize safety inspections, audits, and corrective action follow-ups.
Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implement preventive measures.
Monitor contractor safety management and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
Coordinate emergency response plans, fire prevention programs, and evacuation drills.
Manage environmental compliance activities, including waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability initiatives.
Requirement
Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing environments.
Strong background in food processing, agriculture, agricultural products, FMCG, or consumer goods manufacturing industries.
Proven experience in occupational safety management, which should represent the majority of previous responsibilities.
Experience in conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
