Purpose of Job / Job Summary:
Purchasing Executive is responsible for the whole process of purchasing weekly and monthly items following purchasing plan. This position involves in the whole process from sourcing to delivering including complex task such as negotiation and contracting.
1. Handling daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on purchase order delivery
2. Handling the purchasing request from various department, arranging based on priority orders, check the quantity and price to prepare purchase order.
3. Sourcing and prequalifying vendors for purchases based on their product quality, service, delivery time and price competitiveness.
4. Adhering to procurement SOP to conduct competitive quotation calling, tender calling to ensure the transparency and timely
5. Ensuring goods or services purchased on a regular basis shall be routinized into annual contracts as much as possible.
6. Ensuring that purchased items meet the user's requirement and delivery in time
7. Determining par stock and re-order levels with Department Heads and Management
8. Reporting to Chief Accountant on purchasing process promptly and market price for proper action.
9. Coordinating with Receiving person to ensure that delivery schedule of goods or commodities and required quantity & quality and distribute relevant documents such as official invoice necessary for receiving procedures
10. Doing market survey frequently to update market trend, new product or price change
11. Being ready with alternative plan in case of unavailability of the existing used ones.
12. Performing duties as assigned by Line Manager

Yêu cầu
Degree in Commerce/ Economics or relevant educational programs
02 - 04 years experiences in Procurement in a Hotel
