Sales Strategy & Planning:
· Assist in developing and implementing sales plans to achieve business objectives for audio products.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
· Prepare sales forecasts and monitor progress toward monthly and annual targets.
Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify potential new clients.
· Act as a key point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and negotiations, ensuring excellent customer service.
· Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable audio solutions.
Team Support & Coordination:
· Supervise and motivate the sales team, providing training and guidance as needed.
· Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for audio products.
· Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on team performance and sales activity.
Administrative Duties
· Manage documentation related to sales contracts, proposals, and purchase orders.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
· Support inventory management for audio products to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to follow:
· Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved.
· Number of new clients acquired.
· Retention rate of existing clients.
· Performance of the sales team under supervision.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Must have:
· At least 03 years of experience in Sales; Marketing, Business Adminstration
· Proficient (intermediate) skills on MS Office software pack.
Referred and Plus:
· Have experience with Audio Equipment field or Similar.
· Good relationship with Audio/Electronics Dealers and Channels (retailer-wholesalers).
· Have extensive knowledge and experience in using data analytics tools, such as Power BI, Excel.
Education and Language:
· Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· Upper Intermediate Level (B2) in English.

· Decision Making/Team Management and Work Planning Skills
· Strategic, Logical; and Creative Thinking base on sales mindset
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities
· Training and Coaching Skills
· Be able to adapt and get along to different cultures and persons
