We 're looking for some talents who have desire in sales & wish to work in a dynamic working environment. She/he will be responsible for our sales target of HORECA Sales (whole sales) as an Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager based on your working experience. These positions will focus on:
• Support Sales Manager/
Sales Director and team to develop sales strategic plan in order to achieve the given target of the team and himself/herself
• Execute sales activities and effectively manage sales performance
• Explore new business opportunities through development of partnership with hospitality groups and owners
• Conduct market intelligence including general business practice and competitors to define appropriate sales plan
• Hold weekly meeting with HORECA sales team to keep tracking on sales volume generated.
• Timely evaluate sales progress and results in order to make suitable changes or adjustments
• Make daily minimum three sales calls and visit existing customers monthly.
• Manage and control expenses for business trips according to the company policies and procedures.
• Develop and well manage customers' database.
• Support SM to manage crisis or resolve issues timely and effectively not only for ASM but also for other team members.
• Report to Sales Manager/ Sales Director/ BOD about sales performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Provide feedbacks and inputs on market and competitors' activities to Regional Sales Manager and report new opportunities for improvement and sales growth.
• Maintain a high level of motivation among sales team through effective team accompaniment.
• Create a teamwork spirit and strongly support the team building at all levels
• Support SM & Sales Director to train for new staff or for subordinates to improve related skills
• Commit to keep confidential of company information captured during and after employment such as pricing, costing, source and suppliers, business plans, etc...
• Closely work with other members of sales team in order that all business plans are well communicated, fully understood and gets their support
• Collaborate with other departments in order to run and deliver all projects efficiently
• Other tasks assigned by manager
For Sales Manager position will have more responsibilities in developing sales strategic, managing crisis or resolve issues, also training for the team members, supporting Sales Director and team to achieve sales targets, etc.
• College/ University degree, major in hospitality or sales/ marketing is preferable
• At least from 3 to 4 years of experience onwards in sales and marketing for Assistant Sales Manager and 5 years onward for Sales Manager, and knowledge on F & B is an advantage
• Female candidate only
• Good verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese
• Passionate, doable spirit, result-based approach and highly responsible, proactive at work
• Good leadership skills and analyzed mind
• Experience in B2B sales
