Mô tả công việc
Department: HR & Admin
Reporting To: HR & Admin Manager
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
• Perform HR tasks of Employee data management, HR operations, employee engagement and support Manager to keep track on policy, company rules in accordance with government procedures, related law, and internal policies.
• Implement Payable Accountant role and monthly accounting report to ensure timely process and accuracy and in line with budget planning
Employee Data Management
• Manage employee data correctly, timely update/ correct information (both hard and soft records) effectively for internal and external reports
• Employee annual leave management
• Coordinate with HR Service agency to transfer and update information timely and check all tasks relates to C&B they've done
• Handle reports to government authorities timely and accuracy
Employee Engagement
• Event organization: organize engagement activities to build up « Happy at Work » environment
• Support to build up and implement C&B policy, retention program, caring program to create an attractive working environment to retain talents
Payment and Petty Cash Management
• Provide guideline to user to make claim report, check to ensure budget in line and get approval from Manager to validate the payment
• Cut off transactions on 25th every month and it's a must to close all the journals into Navision system by 28th every month to be checked/validated by PTMI
• Scan all payment vouchers to HQ for checking first, then to send all originals by DHL to HQ
Bank Transaction
• Work with bank for all payment transactions with approval of HR & Admin Manager (transactions of expense payment & salary payment)
Monthly report/ Periodically report
• Handle Monthly report/ periodically report as timeline
Admin tasks
• Provide admin support to all colleagues when request
• Take care of staff for any need
• Manage well stationery and pantry, snack, coffee... to create good working environment
• Car arrangement
• Handle paper works for office
• Manage housekeeping of office to maintain & ensure office is always in good conditions for all working areas such as working space, meeting room, pantry, collaboration zones,...
• Other admin tasks

• Other tasks assigned by HR & Admin Manager from time to time

Yêu cầu
Education / Knowledge
- University Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Accounting, or Law
Experience
- At least 03 years experiences to work as Assistant to HR Manager or C&B Specialist or Employee Engagement Specialist
Required skills
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Good interpersonal & analytical skills
• Good logistics & administration skills
• Good general and detail view
• Good knowledge of related laws
• Good analytical skills
Other Requirements
