I. Duties & Responsibilities:
To be responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from NSM
To provide partner support in escalated situations and managing the overall workflow of a workplace.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with KAM/ASM/Partners/Internal Department
Support ongoing learning and development of team members.
Help create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
II. Main Tasks:
To consolidate with National Sales Manager to Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
Data management for Sales Channel in FMCG
Fill in for National Sales Manager in times of absence. Make executive decisions, hold meetings and provide accountability.
Conduct periodic Business Reviews for each partner.

College or University graduate majoring in Economics, Business Administration, ... or related majors
Have at least 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Excellent verbal communication, the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively - fluent in English all skills.
Excellent delegator and mediator
Quick decision - making and problem-solving abilities
Excellent time management
Confident, proactive and willing to take on workplace challenges
Great listening skills and able to take direction from individuals in higher-level position
Likable by most and able to motivate others.
College or University graduate majoring in Economics, Business Administration, ... or related majors
