Associate Commercial Excellent System Manager - Abbott Pharmaceuticals

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
• To lead the management and development of technical platforms and tools to improve data consistency and accuracy, and to drive data and report automation for affiliate needs
• Analyze customer & plan lead to drive field force effectiveness by managing and using CRM data to provide insights on field force operation
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/ Các trách nhiệm chính
• Manage, develop and implement local systems e.g. Internal Sales Data Analysis, FF Target Allocation, Market and Internal Tender Analysis, Territory Management, Performance Tracking, Trade Programming Tracking, Training Management Tool.
• Manage global CRM system ([protected info], Qlikview).
• Manage data sources and update master data.
• Develop the internal system to integrated data (Sales data and CRM data) ,to track effectively activities on sales and identify opportunities for improving FF productivity via new IT solutions
• Design and provide standard reports, (e.g. daily/monthly sales report, performance analysis, territory deployment and field force productivity, tender results, tender effectiveness, market intelligence, SFE KPIs, etc.) or data/reports as per request.
• Design and build automation dashboards to support stakeholders on overview, analysis for business decision.
• Co-ordinate with SFE team and work with other functional heads to ensure alignment and effective execution and operation
• Provide business solutions via technology
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, motivate and coach the team and provide guidance
• Set and monitor targets for individual in the team to ensure high performance management
• Support employees in implementing of their growth plans. Develop and maintain succession plan and address future staffing issues in a proactive manner
• Ensure team activities to comply with Company's Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility
