Kosh Consulting Group is a boutique leadership consulting firm at the intersection of psychology, leadership, and artificial intelligence. We help organisations identify, assess, and develop exceptional leaders through evidence-based assessment and next-generation AI solutions.
We work with leading organisations in Singapore across both the public and private sectors to identify, assess and develop their leadership talent. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an outstanding Consulting Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
· Talent Assessment & Psychometric Testing: Coordinate and administer psychometric assessment sessions, from scheduling and candidate verification through to report generation and client liaison.
· Executive Interview Administration: Coordinate competency and psychological interview schedules, support consultants in facilitating interviews, and manage report quality-checking and communications across candidates, consultants, and clients.
· Assessment Centre Administration: Coordinate end-to-end Assessment Centre administration including materials, logistics, and on-the-day management as Assessment Centre Manager.
· Leadership Development Workshops: Support workshop planning and administration, from materials and logistics through to delivery and post-programme evaluation.
· Consulting &
Business Development Support: Conduct background research and support consultants during client engagements, while assisting with proposals, presentations, and tender documentation.
· Marketing & Thought Leadership: Assist in developing white papers and thought leadership content, presentation decks, and marketing materials, and support
digital marketing initiatives and client events.
· AI Product Development: Support the development of AI-enabled consulting products, liaising with technology partners and contributing to pilot testing and user feedback cycles.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, Management or a related discipline.
· Candidates with postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications will have an added advantage.
· 3-5 years of relevant working experience in consulting, psychology, education, human resources, operations, marketing or the public sector.
· Experience supporting consulting projects, assessments, training programmes or client-facing engagements will be advantageous.
· Experience and proficiency leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to enhance productivity and produce reports, marketing content, and research materials.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word). Experience with excel databases would be advantageous.
· Strong computer literacy, including basic IT troubleshooting and PC network set-up, would be advantageous.
Successful candidates will be required to meet applicable client security-clearance requirements. Some client assignments may require Singapore citizenship for security-clearance purposes.
