Mô tả công việc

Comply with the Company's Regulations and Policies, Health and Safety Regulations and Guidelines;
Set purchasing budget, monitor, measure and analyze actual purchasing costs against the monthly, quarterly and annual budgets; Ensure purchasing costs are achieved according to an established budget;
Establish purchasing KPIs for the Purchasing department and all purchasing officers, evaluate monthly and annual KPIs performance;
Propose strategies and implement suppliers/vendors and products sources, proceed to evaluate and select the capability suppliers/vendors as required;
Negotiate the prices, minimum orders, delivery leadtime, payment terms and other terms in all types of Contracts;
Establish the purchasing plan and manage daily purchasing activities, ensure the full supply of raw materials, related equipment and supplies in order to commit to continuous and uninterrupted production activities;
Set KPIs and databases for supplier/vendors, manage suppliers/vendors relationship and perform periodic audit assessments according to requirement of ISO 9001: 2015;
Responsible for settlement of complaints and the implementation of the claim and compensation documents to suppliers/vendor;
Coordinate with the Warehouse department in inventory management, ensuring that raw materials, equipment and supplies are delivered on time and meeting inventory targets;
Coordinate with the Finance Department in providing sufficient, accurate and timely purchase documents, ensuring on-time payment;
Identify potential waste and apply Lean to optimize processes, eliminate waste, and reduce costs; Apply Lean projects to achieve assigned targets;
Support the team in solving problems, deciding on specific solutions to close the GAPs of Management;
Coordinate, support and communicate effectively with all relevant departments to improve the effective Procecurement and Purchasing Procedure;
Organize and provide training and training programs for employees, evaluate and recognize skills, improve multi-skill to achieve high efficiency at work;
Report Purchasing activities and costs per weekly, monthly and yearly;
All other assignments from Manager.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Foreign Trade
Minimum 5 years' experiences in Procecurement and Purchasing Supervisor or Manager
Experience in Textile/Garment/Glove Manufacturing is preferred.
Excellent in communication and motivation
Customers focus and results-oriented
Lean Manufacturing knowledges and Green Belt in 6 Sigma are preferred
