Proficiency in ad platforms including Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, etc.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices and technologies.
Take training courses to support the job that the company sponsors.
Be proactive in learning to increase understanding of the job.
