ABOUT THE ROLE:
Level: Middle
Type: Onsite, In-house, Fulltime
We are looking for a QA automation + Manual to join our growing delivery team and work on high-impact client projects.
You will be involved in building, improving, and maintaining real-world products used by real users. At any given time, you will focus on the most important product or technical challenge for your project.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, working closely with PMs, designers, and other engineers, and turning ideas into reliable, well-crafted software.
REQUIREMENTS:
2-5 years experience in QA automation and manual testing is the best, with solid knowledge of functional, regression, exploratory, and software testing processes, love to work in outsourcing company.
English: Capable of communicating and chatting in English; confident enough to participate in meetings and interact directly with clients.
Automation / n8n: The project plans to use n8n to build and expand QA automation to accelerate the testing process.
Testing Experience: Strong exploratory testing skills; proactive in exploring the product and identifying issues beyond predefined test cases.
Proactivity: Capable of independently identifying and raising issues, risks, or ambiguities in requirements rather than simply waiting for tasks or instructions.
Product Mindset: Ability to understand business flows and view issues from the user's or client's perspective.
Quality: The product is already released and in use by customers, with ongoing feature development. The QA must be meticulous in detecting bugs that could impact customers or block usage.
Regression Testing: Capable of assessing the impact of new features on existing functionality and determining the appropriate scope for regression testing.
Collaboration: Able to collaborate effectively with
Developers, PMs/BAs, and clients to discuss and clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Attitude: Diligent and responsible; proactive in learning and willing to dig deep to uncover issues and their root causes.
Familiar with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, client-focused environment. Experience working in an agency or consulting environment. A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for your work. Ability to prioritise, work independently, and deliver reliably
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, build, and maintain mobile or web applications with a strong focus on product quality and user experience
Work closely with
product owners,
project managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features end-to-end
Take ownership of features or technical areas, from concept to production
Identify performance, stability, or usability issues and fix them proactively
Communicate clearly about progress, risks, and technical decisions
Analyze and understand requirement documents (RE), user flows, and product features
Create detailed test checklists and test cases
Perform QA automation +Manual testing on Web and Mobile applications
Report bugs clearly on Jira, provide sufficient context for developers
Coordinate with developers to verify bug fixes and perform re-testing
Participate in QA planning, reviews, and status updates
