Mô tả công việc

Automation Specialist will be responsible for automating routine tasks and processes within the BPO/ITO/Call Center to improve efficiency and accuracy. You will work closely with operations teams to identify automation opportunities and implement automation solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Identify automation opportunities within the BPO/ITO/Call Center operations.
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using relevant tools and technologies.
• Test and deploy automation scripts and workflows.
• Monitor and maintain automation processes to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with operations teams to gather requirements and provide training.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and best practices.

Yêu cầu

Requirements:
1. Experience:
• Experience in automation tools like RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), Selenium, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript,.)
• Knowledge of BPO/ITO/Call Center operations and processes.
• Experience with RPA, AI is an advantage
• Understanding of Japanese business culture and practices is an advantage.
2. Knowledge and Skills:
• Foreign language: Can work with clients in Japanese or English is an advantage
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) and automation tools (RPA, AI,..)
• Design and Development: designing and developing automation workflows and scripts. Testing and debugging automation solutions. Deploying and maintaining automation solutions.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze processes and identify areas for automation.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in automation scripts.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related fiel
