Mô tả công việc
1. Work Experience: more than 10 years
2. Work experience in import car brand is preferable, especially super cars
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to explain problems in cars to customers
4. Deep technical knowledge and experience on maintenance and repair for cars; must be able to inspect repair status by technicians and give advices and train them
5. Ability to organize and plan works, according to Ferrari Standards; should be able to optimize the processes as well, depending on current situations
6. Ability to analyze the workshop time distribution system and to learn Ferrari DMS(intranet)
7. Education level: University and above
8. English is a must in order to understand technical aspects of Ferrari cars; Every manual on Ferrari cars is in English

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Overall Workshop Management
- Creating, maintaining, controlling the service processes with the high level of efficiency at the workshop, according to Ferrari Standards
- Planning and Meeting After sales goals & Reporting to General Manager and General Director on a regular basis
- Tools, Equipment & Part Inventory Management
- Customer Prospecting for work/spare parts/accessories with Service Advisor
- Labor time management(Scheduling workshop labor availability)
2. Checking on work and Approval
- Checking on a Diagnosis carried out by Technicians
- Auditing vehicles at the end of each work and checks; testing the validity of the work carried out Technicians
- Checking quotations submitted by Service Advisor
3. After Sales Customer Management
- Supervising Service Advisor on customer contacts
- Solving customer complaints, if any
- Customer Data Management with the Ferrari DMS
4. Technician Training Management
- Scheduling training for technicians when necessary
- Advising them with technical knowledge
