•Build and develop a network of B2B clients for metal products such as aluminum billets, steel, etc., used in mechanical engineering, molds, electrical, and construction industries, both domestically and internationally.
• Identify and develop new clients. Maintain and enhance relationships with current clients.
• Visit the market, meet clients, and provide customer care services.
• Negotiate and discuss contract terms, and propose implementation plans with clients.
• Monitor the contract completion process. Directly execute and ensure the relevant departments fulfill their responsibilities under the contract.
• Handle customer complaints regarding information, product quality, delivery times, etc.
• Understand customer needs and propose the most suitable product/service solutions to meet those needs.
• Prepare sales reports, business targets, and other tasks as assigned by the Director/Head of Sales Department.
Yêu cầu
• Based in Ho Chi Minh City (female candidates preferred).
• Age: 20-35 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales (preferably in mechanical materials, construction materials, electrical, or supporting industries).
• Good communication skills in Chinese or English.
• College degree or higher.
• Proficiency in basic office software and other computer applications required for the job.
• Essential skills: good communication, problem-solving, positive thinking, teamwork, and effective collaboration with other departments to complete tasks.

• Basic salary: 12-15 million VND/month + Commission + Bonus (negotiable based on performance) → Total income: 15-30 million VND/month.
