· Support the setup of the new Promotional business, including supplier network setup, operational process design, employee recruitment and training.
· Manage customer services including quoting prices, sending samples, negotiating, convincing customers to buy products and closing contracts. Manage and monitor contract payment process, debt, and customer care tasks before, during and after the contract in a timely and professional manner.
· Explore customer needs, work with the US sale team to develop/ build products that best meet customer needs
· Research, negotiate and select suitable suppliers. Build and maintain partner relationships with suppliers.
· Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to reduce costs and optimize performance.
· Ensure that the Procurement operation process complies with legal regulations and the organization's internal regulations.
· Manage orders and track deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness, include checking the quality of goods and services received from suppliers.
· Perform supplier reviews and recommend improvements in the purchasing process.
· Manage contracts and ensure that terms and conditions are adhered to.
