About Our B2B Business
- Our services are trusted by thousands of foreign residents in Japan, and our customer base continues to grow steadily through our strong B2C business.
- While we already have a solid foundation, our B2B business is still developing. This role is not focused on strict sales targets, but on working together to build sustainable partnerships at a comfortable pace.
- As the number of trainees and skilled workers coming to Japan increases, we are gradually expanding our B2B activities outside of Japan through cooperation with Sending Organizations.
- This is a role for someone who wants to be involved in creating the future of our B2B business, not just maintaining the present.
Job Overview
- As our B2B marketing staff member, you will support marketing activities in Vietnam while contributing to B2B sales development.
- We are seeking a candidate with experience in both sales and marketing, who also has existing connections with Sending Organizations (organizations that dispatch trainees or skilled workers to Japan).
- Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with these organizations, introduce our services, and support the development of B2B partnerships. Through these partnerships, you will help secure stable sales pipelines by connecting trainees and skilled workers with our services before their arrival in Japan.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of company targets regarding new partnership acquisition and sales performance according to the company's business plan
- Build and maintain an updated database of potential clients, including Vietnamese labor export companies sending workers to Japan, Japanese study abroad consulting companies, and related organizations
- Identify, develop, and maintain cooperative relationships with strategic partners in Vietnam. Proactively contact clients via phone calls, email, social media, and in-person meetings to introduce the company's products, services, and affiliate partnership programs. Provide consultation on cooperation policies, commission benefits, and guide partners on promoting products to students and workers
- Prepare documents, partnership agreements, and coordinate the contract signing process with clients
- Monitor partnership performance, support clients in resolving issues arising during service usage, and handle commission reconciliation and payment processes
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to implement promotional campaigns and help partners improve customer referral performance
- Create weekly/monthly work plans, update customer databases, and prepare periodic work performance reports
- Frequently travel for business trips, client meetings, and partner support activities throughout Vietnam
Working Conditions
- Employment type: Full-time (Local Staff)
- Work location: Vietnam
- Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00 JST (including a 1-hour break)
- Days off: Approximately 8 days per month
- Monthly work shifts must be submitted in advance before the start of each month
- Paid leave and holiday leave systems are available in accordance with company policy
- Internal communication via Slack, Zoho, WhatsApp, and related tools
Holidays and Leave
- Days off may be scheduled with prior approval from the supervisor
- Annual leave: 10 days per year
- Paid leave granted after 6 months of employment, with additional days based on years of service
- Total annual days off: 116 days or more
Salary
- Main Salary: ¥55,000 - ¥70,000 (VND 10,200,000 - 11,900,000VND). Monthly compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and overall sales.
- Travel allowance, business trip allowance, phone allowance: will be paid based on actual expenses incurred.
- Sales bonus: will be paid according to the company's sales bonus scheme.

Notes
- This is a full-time position
- Taxes, insurance, and other government-related contributions are the responsibility of the employee and must be handled in accordance with applicable local regulations.
- Salary is paid on the 25th of the following month

Yêu cầu

- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a related role
- Preferred: Candidates who have existing connections with organizations that send human resources to Japan are highly valued
- Interest in B2B sales, partnerships, and long-term relationship building
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency
- Native level Vietnamese proficiency
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and spreadsheet tools
