C&B Specialist

Payroll Management:

• Compute monthly payroll (check and provide all the document related to payroll: timesheet, incentives, PIT, other HR expenses,... and ensure the accuracy of payroll as per the company policies)
• Checking incentives from Sales & Field divisions.
• Checking timesheet all HQ Department and ensure the accuracy of all information.
• Guiding & responding to the employees' queries on payroll & company policy.
• Working with the authorities for any labor matters & guidance.

Personnel Management:

• Following up and assist Line Manager to implement procedures for probationary, performance evaluation, salary adjustment, promotion, internal transfer, discipline, reward and dismissal.
• Managing and checking HR monthly/annually budget.
• Managing employee master list and profile (including personal profile, labor contracts, etc.)
• Managing onboarding & offboarding process for employees as per the policies & regulations.
• Managing benefits administration: annual health-checkup, welcome letter, birthday letter,...

HR budget:

• Managing and checking HR monthly/annually budget (payroll, bonus, incentives, ...)
• Making all report related to HR budget.

Performance Evaluation:

• Collecting and summarizing the result of all division
• Revising and calculating new salary and performance bonus as per company's policies
