Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Team: B2B Marketing

Report to: B2B Marketing & Partnerships Director

The role:

We are looking for a dynamic marketing executive who is passionate about using words to paint your ideas and connecting to people to build partnerships to drive growth and build marketing ecosystems. Join ELSA now and maximize your talents to make a real impact!

What you'll be doing:

Work closely with direct supervisor to continue to establish ELSA B2B brand positioning and marketing strategies through ongoing branding deliverables, B2B events/ webinars and demand generation (inbound and outbound)
Involve in planning and implementation of integrated B2B marketing campaigns and partnership plans across eDM, SEO/SEM, digital, editorial, PR
Plan and monitor ELSA B2B online presence including (but not limited to) LinkedIn, Facebook (Page and Communities), Youtube, email marketing, B2B website and SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
Undertake B2B content marketing initiatives, create creative content and marketing collaterals for B2B (i.e taglines, emails, messages, scripts, blog posts, social posts etc.)
Work closely with the Creative team (Designing) to produce B2B marketing materials across channels, including (but not limited to) Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, SEO, in-app, email marketing etc.
Collaborate and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, media, influencers, affiliates, relevant communities, schools and corporates' representatives etc.
Partner with cross-departments (Brand MKT, Performance MKT, Product, Sales, Customer Support, Finance etc) for ongoing projects, budget, media planning and tracking
Measure and report performance of all campaign against goals/ KPIs
Perform other relevant tasks assigned by direct supervisor to achieve desired results of the department

What do you need:

Proven track record with minimum 2-3 years in-depth experience in developing and managing marketing activities across channels
Good communication and writing skills in both Vietnamese and English, with an analytical & strategic planning mindset
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in content marketing
Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software
Highly adaptable, collaborative, can learn quickly to come up with prompt solutions
Demonstrate high standards of work ethics, driven by quality & productivity
Have a positive can-do attitude, have a keen eye for detail, have initiative and be proactive going beyond the call of duty
Vietnamese with English proficiency in reading and writing. Good listening & speaking is very much prefered (ideally 80% of ELSA Speak Assessment Test)
