Project Marketing Supervisor role is to develop brand-building strategies and execute Marketing activities to meet business targets and brand equity in project segment. Annual Project Marketing Operation Plan must be well prepared and aligned with comprehensive & intense Marketing activities.
Project Marketing Supervisor will assist Head of Marketing full-time & execute successfully (on time, in full) all strategies/actions defined for Corporate Marketing Activities in 2024 and onwards. This position will actively drive Branding activities, Market Intelligence, and manage Product portfolio that is developed for B2B market. This position also requires building and maintaining Win-win relationships with relevant project stakeholders such as Associations, Real Estate partners, Developers, Architects, and Contractors.
This position will be accountable for Nationwide. This is also expected to work more independently and engage more closely with other functions to drive Project Marketing Plan successfully.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Market intelligence:
Conduct research to understand markets and determine how to position the company's brand.
Evaluate competition, industry, and market trends.
Generate reports on brand performance, sales, and all marketing projects.
Monitor and analyze market share trends, sales volumes, and competition.
2. Marketing strategy & Implementation:
Collaborate with stakeholders and other key players to establish brand objectives and strategies.
Suggest and implement creative ideas for Project marketing operations i.e. Brand stories, brand communications...
Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns ie. product launching, seminars, workshops.
Proactively build relationships with relevant project stakeholders i.e. Architect Associations, Real Estate partners, Developers & Architects for sponsorship and co-branding activities.
3. Product Portfolio Management:
Oversee product portfolio: SKU management, Product Certifications.
Ensure smooth assistant for Sales & Specification team on Product documents such as sales kits, product catalogues, landing page.
Support Technical Marketing and R&D Teams on Product Trials.
4. Budget management:
Propose sufficient budgets for all activities and well planned for yearly/quarterly and monthly spending.
Managing the spend and allocating the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget across all channels

Yêu cầu
3 - 5 years working experience in Marketing field
Used to worked in same level as Assistant Brand Manager, working in Building industry, Hands-on experience in marketing, advertising, market research, marketing analytics among other related fields is preferred.
Strong in identifying trends and challenges as well as making informed forecasts about market trends and other implications from the data review.
Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills
Good in project management and multi-task management skills
Excellent in using MOS Office
