Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to develop B2B sales for a portfolio of premium interior and furniture-related products, including furniture hardware, kitchen sinks, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, lighting, architectural hardware, and other interior solutions.
This is a key account-focused role requiring an established customer network and the ability to generate sales quickly. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with
designers, architects, contractors,
developers, furniture manufacturers, and showroom partners.
Develop and grow B2B sales opportunities within the interior furnishing and building materials industry.
Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, developers, furniture companies, and showroom partners.
Provide product consultation, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales pipeline through to order completion.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to expand the customer network.
Achieve monthly sales KPIs and deliver strong business results within the first three months.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales or Key Account Management experience.
Proven experience in one or more of the following industries: Furniture Hardware, Interior Design, Furniture, Kitchen & Bathroom Products, Building Materials, Home Improvement, or other related sectors.
Existing customer network with designers, architects, contractors, developers, furniture manufacturers, or showroom partners is essential.
Strong
business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Confident in achieving aggressive sales targets and generating revenue quickly.
Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Valid driving licence preferred; own vehicle is beneficial but not mandatory.
Benefits
Base Salary: Approximately USD 1,000-1,500/month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Commission: Indicatively 1% of sales, negotiable for strong candidates.
