CJ Foods Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Lead to:
• Develope and manage the company's sales distribution system in the B2B channel.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, ensure efficient business operations, and achieve set revenue targets.
• Implement sales strategies, manage and support distributor teams.
• Optimize sales performance to contribute to the sustainable growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintaining good relationships and supporting distributors in
business development.
• Handling arising issues and ensuring distributor satisfaction.
Building and Implementing Sales Strategy:
• Coordinating with the marketing department to develop appropriate promotional programs and sales strategies.
• Proposing and implementing sales activities to achieve set business targets.
Sales Performance Management:
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of distributors and sales activities.
• Analyzing sales data and making necessary adjustments to improve business performance.
Sales Team Training and Development:
• Organize training programs, guide and support the sales team of distributors.
• Build a strong and professional sales team.
Financial Planning:
• Plan the revenue, costs and profits of the distributor system.
• Ensure the achievement of the company's business targets.
Education: University Degree in Business, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience: At least 4-5 years of working experience in a Sales Role in FMCG advantage/ over 2 years at same position.
Skills:
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build, manage, and develop an effective team.
• Ability to set goals, create strategies, and execute plans to drive business growth.
• Extensive experience in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Deep understanding of the market, sharp business acumen, and strong decision-making skills to seize opportunities.
• Proficient in data analysis, strategic reporting, and effective presentations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ensuring seamless coordination across departments to support customer development.
