Key Responsibilities
• Develop and expand business opportunities with clients (FMCG, banking, insurance, IT, Automobile, Electronics...)
• Identify and approach key stakeholders (CEO, Marketing, Purchasers, Agency etc.)
• Deliver product concept, samples and consult on tailored solutions for marketing campaigns/ events
• Manage sales cycles, bidding processes, and stakeholder alignment.
• Build strong relationships with the clients
• Coordinate with the factory and relevant departments to execute and monitor orders from the concept stage, through production, to delivery and payment completion.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline
• Proactive self-starter and independent thinker with a strong sense of ownership to drive working atmosphere.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in home appliances, ceramic sectors
• Experience working with FMCG, Banking, IT, [protected info] are highly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to navigate complex or sales cycles and formal processes (bidding, etc.)
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Resilient, patient, and structured in approach
• Good English communication skills
