Mô tả công việc
1. Tenant Relations:
• Build up and maintain solid relationships with tenants as well as local industrial zone authorities.
• Advise and assist tenants in application and post-investment procedures.
• Address tenants' enquiries and requests in a timely manner in accordance with local regulations, organizational policies and service standards.
• Refer tenants to partners and services as required.
• Maintain updated knowledge of relevant renting legislation.
• Liaise and engage tenants on opportunities for expansion and contract renewal.

2. Collaborate with other stakeholders:
• Conduct tenants' engagement activities consistently with internal departments.
• Coordinate with internal departments for handling relevant issues related to tenants.
• Communicate with appropriate authorities for pertinent issues involving tenants and building relationships.
• Identify and propose more efficient work practices with managers and your team to support sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate tenants' needs and requirements.
• Perform and evaluate quality control surveys to improve the services offered to present and prospective tenants.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese is an advantage.
• Based in Hanoi or Bac Ninh and willing to travel among company's projects.
• 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Marketing.
• Experience with corporate clients in industrial is a competitive advantage.
• Able to handle multiple stakeholders and work under high pressure
• Bachelor/ Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics equivalent.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills. Positive and professional demeanor.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
• Technically savvy and able to learn company-specific programs and software
