Manage the daily operations of the Banquet department, ensuring the successful execution of all meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events.
Coordinate with Sales, Kitchen, and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Ensure all banquet events are executed in accordance with international service standards and brand requirements.
Lead, train, and supervise the banquet team to maintain high levels of service quality and operational efficiency.
Monitor staffing, scheduling, inventory, and operating costs to achieve departmental financial targets.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Banquet Operations, including at least 2 years in a Banquet Manager or equivalent leadership role.
Mandatory experience in the same position within internationally branded hotels or resorts
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent knowledge of banquet operations, event management, and international service standards.
Fluent English communication skills.
