Job description

Care for the existing customer base and proactively find potential customers in the company's industries and business fields.
Advise on solutions that fit customer needs for products and services related to process automation and higher operational efficiency in enterprises.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and product distribution points.
Work with customers to resolve issues, feedback and complaints quickly and professionally.
Work with internal departments to follow contracts and deliver customer projects.
Carry out other tasks assigned by the manager or the Board of Directors.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in AIDC, industrial equipment sales, automation, barcode, RFID, or software solutions for factories, warehouses and logistics.
Candidates without experience will be trained.
Candidates with sales experience in products such as electronics, home appliances, IT, mobile or automation solutions.
Candidates without sales experience in these products should hold a college or university degree in IT, Automation, Electrical and Electronics, Telecommunications or a related technical field.
Experience approaching, advising and working with customers such as manufacturers, logistics companies, distribution warehouses, retail systems and e-commerce.
Good communication, teamwork, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Logical thinking; dynamic and proactive at work.
Willingness to learn and ability to work under pressure in a sales environment.
English or Chinese language skills are an advantage.

Base salary: VND 9,000,000 - 15,000,000, plus allowances and revenue-based pay.
