Barista

Our Baristas provide customers with freshly made drinks and bakery goods in a fast-paced environment. High levels of customer service and the ability to work quickly and accurately are key to this role.
Rotating shifts with 2 days off per week
Daily communication with team and customers
Have a spectacular and infectious love for the cafe's coffee, explanation of the beans, taste, and quality to customers
Conduct and execute excellent time management skills with high responsibility
Prepare and serve all types of offered drinks according to correct recipe guidelines
Prepare, bake, and assist selling bakery items
Perform latte art skill with great care on all coffee products
Collect payment and serve customers
Clean, arrange tables and supplies as needed
Report to the shift manager in charge of the daily work situation
Performing other duties as requested
Training and a probation period will be (2) months depending on experience level.
