* Bar Service
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and wines to HAUS standards.
- Provide informed recommendations and engage with members on preferences.
- Ensure drinks are served promptly, consistently and with polish.
* Presentation & Setup
- Maintain bar mise en place, stock levels and cleanliness.
- Ensure all glassware, garnishes and equipment are prepped and available.
- Set and reset the bar before and after service.
* Product Knowledge
- Stay current on drinks trends, house cocktails and seasonal offerings.
- Collaborate on menu development with senior F&B and bar teams.
- Support wine and spirit pairings when appropriate.
* Team Collaboration
- Work closely with floor and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
- Assist with stock takes, orders, and deliveries.
- Maintain a positive, calm and professional attitude.
Yêu cầu
- 2+ years' experience in a premium bar or cocktail lounge.
- Excellent drinks knowledge and confident service skills.
- Ability to deliver consistent quality in a high-pressure setting.
- Articulate and warm with members.
- Strong team player with a proactive and responsible approach.
- Experience in private members' clubs or luxury venues preferred.
