- Greet all the guests with a smile and positive attitude
- Follow The Deck procedures in relation to correct Guest Service Experience
- Interact with guest, take customers' orders and deliver drinks in a fast and orderly manner
- Make drinks for the bar and restaurant according to The Deck standards
- Possess a thorough knowledge of all The Deck's food and beverage menus
- Able to recommend and explain menu suggestions to the guests
- Able to work smoothly and efficiently with restaurant and bar teams
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Attend all training sessions as scheduled
