Mô tả công việc

Developing Dashboards/Automated Reports
Create automated dashboards/reports to monitor business activities.
Train departments and teams on using dashboards and write relevant documentation.
Data Analysis & Insights
Collect, aggregate, and process data from various sources to generate requested reports.
Build analytical models and conduct in-depth analyses of operational efficiency and customer behavior to identify issues promptly and explore business opportunities.
Provide insights to support decision-making for the Board of Directors and business units/departments (Supply Chain, Fintech, Consumer, etc.).
Process Automation and Data Quality Control
Develop processes to automate reporting and data handling, reducing manual processing time.
Ensure data consistency and accuracy through quality control procedures.g dữ liệu

Yêu cầu

Preference for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficient in MySQL & Power BI (advanced DAX, visualization techniques); additional skills in Excel and Google Spreadsheet (advanced) are advantageous.
Knowledge of Supply Chain/Fintech and familiarity with Data Warehousing & BI Tools.
Strong analytical and data processing skills (cleaning, extracting, transforming, modeling, etc.); data visualization and analysis expertise.
Good communication and effective collaboration in cross-departmental projects.
Highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and capable of working independently at a high level.
Strong business acumen and enthusiasm for solving business-related questions.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Economics.
Proficient in technical English, equivalent to IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 650, or higher.
