1. Invoicing:
• Ensure billing and Debit Notes are drafted and sent to Clients for all projects, Service Agreements and Quotations;
• Keep track of timesheets and outstanding payments and resolve payments pending;
• Coordinate within team to follow up and record the expenses to third-party suppliers for the claim process to Clients;
• Organize and suggest improvements to Service Agreements and administrative management systems.
• Monitor, respond to, and communicate changes in billing requirements with clients.
2. Workflow management
• Build and manage internal workflows, guidelines and template of documents;
• Internal training new members in the workflows, guidelines during their onboarding.
